Fees for Trust, Conservatorship, and Estate Administration:

• Minimum Monthly Advance: $800, reconciled annually.
• Conservatorships: Hourly billing only (see hourly rates below)
• Trusts: Hourly rates or a percentage of assets under management (AUM), whichever is higher.

Total Assets: Liquidating Trusts Ongoing Trusts

$2,500,000 1.75% 1.25%

$2,500,001 to $5,000,000 1.25% 1.00%

$5,000,001 to $10,000,000 1.00% 0.75%

$10,000,001 to $20,000,000 0.75% 0.70%

Over $20,000,000 0.70% 0.65%
